How Pricing Works
Premium appliance repair should be predictable. When a technician arrives, they diagnose the actual fault rather than guessing, then build a flat estimate that covers the genuine OEM parts and the labor to complete the job. You see that number before anything is opened up or ordered, and the diagnostic service call comes off the total once you approve.
Because we quote flat and not by the hour, a job that turns out to be more involved than expected does not become more expensive on the invoice. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before approved work begins.
What the Estimate Includes
- genuine OEM parts sized for your exact model
- Labor to complete the repair, including refitting built-in and panel-ready units
- Testing the appliance after the repair to confirm the fault is resolved
- Completed repairs include a 180-day repair warranty. Written terms are provided with the repair
Written Estimate Before Approval
Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. There are no trip charges, fuel fees, or after-hours premiums.
